Many years ago, I reluctantly got on my yoga mat after miles of running, heavy strength training, and lots of spin classes. I soon found that yoga gave me a peace and calm of mind that was transformative to the rest of my life. Since, I’ve become passionate about yoga, completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012. Every day, I continue to deepen my practice by learning more about the philosophy and history of yoga. My yoga classes are filled with yoga philosophy, conscientious alignment, subtle strength moves, and heart-felt humor. My hope is everyone will leave the mat feeling refreshed, renewed and with a sense of calm and peace.

I offer both private and group yoga instruction in the Annapolis, MD area.
Private yoga instruction: I work 1:1 with clients in their homes for both beginner and advanced yogis. Contact me for information about pricing.
Group yoga instruction: I teach small groups of up to four people in private settings on a weekly basis. Groups make a 8 week commitment to a once a week yoga class. Contact me for more information.
